Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vishanjali Infotech Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to offer flexible services. Below are the guidelines for cancellations and refunds for our services, including Website Designing, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Domain Registration, Hosting, SSL Certificates and Graphic Designing:
- Cancellations: We accept cancellation requests for Website Designing and Software Development services if made on the same day the order is placed. Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations if the development process has begun or the project has been communicated to our team and vendors.
- Non-Cancellable Services: Cancellation requests for Digital Marketing, Domain Hosting, and SSL Certificate services are not accepted after the service has been initiated, as these are time-sensitive and involve third-party vendors.
- Damaged or Defective Services: If you experience any issues such as defects or disruptions in the service provided (e.g., hosting issues), please report them to our Customer Service Team immediately. Such reports should be made on the same day of service delivery. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution after verification.
- Refunds: In cases where a refund is applicable, such as for cancellations made within the acceptable time frame, please allow 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
